We take jobs through home warranty companies, including Choice Home Warranty, and through home insurance. We check with them what's covered before the work starts.
This was excellent service. He arrived on time, he was very polite and respectful, and was very efficient and knowledgeable… very tidy on his work area.
He also discovered that the old fan was not mounted properly… He got the job done and balanced the fan and made sure that there was no wobbling.

What to do in the first few minutes.
Open your breaker panel and look for a breaker that has flipped to the middle or off. Push it fully off, then back on. If it trips again right away, leave it off and call us.
If you can reach the panel safely, switch off that breaker or the main breaker. Don't touch anything hot or sparking. If there's smoke or fire, get everyone out and call 911 first.
